I ordered a wired gaming mouse for $29, after 3 weeks I emailed customer service asking them to either send me my order or refund my money! 1 month after I ordered I finally received a package, but instead of the gaming wired mouse I ordered, it was a wireless keyboard!

I had to email twice and take pictures before they finally understood that I got the wrong item. Immediately after receiving a shipping level from them I sent it back.

2 days later I get an email stating that my order is out of stock and they will refund my money. Now at week 5 and still no refund!

The customer service is a joke, you can definitely tell English is NOT their first language.
