Purchased a "New" Samsung Cell Phone - DailySteals website specified product was New and had a 1-Year Warrantly. Got item in an AT&T box and didn't look new at all.

After 3 months of use, the Phone failed to turn on. Contacted Samsung and sent Phone in for Repair. After Samsung got the Phone, they said it was a very old Phone and out of warranty. Based on their records, the Phone was sent in and repaired a year ago.

Emails to DailySteals has gone unanswered. Clearly, Daily Steals falsely advertised and sold the Phone as New and Under Warranty, when it was not.

Monetary Loss: $80.

They did the same to me selling an incipio iphone case. It was scratched and obviously used. Still waiting on refund.
