It has been 2 months since I ordered an item from Dailysteals. I never received it, and filed a claim w/ DS.

Their support team told me that I would get a refund, in a timely manner. What do they consider a timely manner, 2-3 months ? I have to keep emailing them to even get any type of communication from them.

Every communication from them tells me that I will be getting the refund, but I have still yet to receive anything from them. At this point, I a so frustrated w/ them that I am looking for a way to contact the CEO directly.

Monetary Loss: $89.
