I wanted to know what was the product purchased pertaining to order number 696****.I could not reach a live person to speak with. I was directed to a chat system instead. Having to use my debit card as a deposit to speak to someone is mercenary and predatory. This company's complaint system is a self fulfilling prophesy, "Pissed off consumer." I had ordered several items for my teenage son at Christmas. If this order number was a backpack, I had purchased a warranty. As it is the backpack strap broke within weeks of using it. but the warranty I PAID for is now also useless because I spoke to someone from the warranty department and they declined to help me, which reflects the owner and employees of this company USELESS. I hope you find this amusing as I am not a PISSED off customer at all.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a rocking chair recliner for my wife and I in anticipation of our newborn son. Initially there was a quick delivery date promise then it went to 7-10 business days. These days have passed and I have contacted Daily Steals (from their customer) several times and have only gotten two emails saying someone will contact me soon. Still waiting. Meanwhile no shipment and the order is still not tracked. Horrible. My newborn will be here today or tomorrow most likely.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Returned laptop. They received it. One month later after several emails to them I still have not received my refund (via credit card). They are very difficult to communicate with (all phone numbers have been disconnected; Chat is with a computer that is less than helpful; and they do not acknowledge emails except to say "updated." DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY, WHICH I DO NOT. I am calling my credit card company, filing a complaint with the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau. Hope all the many others who have been ripped off will do the same. If I could give them less than 1 star rating I would.....

USPS seems to have lost the package, (mail purgatory) - dropping the expected arrival date all together - Daily steels doing an "investigation" that is going nowhere. No updates provided. It's been 3 business days. (Their own SLA has passed) Just want to cancel this order and get a simple refund so I can buy the game at a local shop, like I should have in the first place. Not a lot to ask, really
